Onboarding

This section is where you will learn how to utilize our QuantumX dashboard platform, gain access to our custom indicators, and claim all other features your subscription tier includes!

Please follow the instructions given below to successfully claim access and use all features that are available with your subscription tier!

By this point, you should have already acquired your QuantView tier subscription. If you have not done so yet, please visit - QuantView Plans

Step 1: Login to your active QuantView account

After purchasing your QuantView subscription, we recommend competely logging out of your user account, and re-logging back in to ensure your session is refreshed to apply access to previously locked features.

If you are encountering an 'Access Denied' error even after re-logging, please wait a little bit longer or try again on a browser with incognito mode enabled ( ensures refreshed caches ).

Step 2: Visit the QuantumX Dashboard

Once you are able to login to your newly activated account, you will now be able to access our exclusive QuantumX Dashboard immediatly by visiting QuantumX Overview.

Step 3: Link your TradingView & Discord Accounts

Once you have successfully logged in, you can now proceed with claiming access to our custom indicator suites & exclusive discord perks. You can do that here - User Account. Before continuing, please make sure that you have already created your own account on TradingView and Discord ( optional, yet recommended since many features are accessible on Discord )

Once you are successfully able to submit the form to our automated system, as long as you have a valid subscription tier linked to your email, access to the TradingView indicator suite & exclusive Discord roles will be applied immediately! *You may have to restart your TradingView application entirely for new accessible indicators to finally become visible under the 'Invite-Only Indicators' area of your indicators chart tab.*

Once you have gotten to this point, you should have been able to access all platform features that your subscription tier includes! All access is given via an automated system which means errors may occur.
